These are the results from the second round of the Australian Supercross series. No surprise to see Windham, Hansen, and Brayton on the podium. Good for Windham on a 1-1-1. That guy is pretty unreal. He was looking like he was going to fall off the radar a couple of years ago, but he actually has gotten better since then and is definitely a major player in the 450 class again. But how about Mike Alessi? Kid barely scrapes the top 5 with a 6-5-9. I have to be real, I am loving every second of this continuous downward spiral in his career. We all saw those "Believe the hype" shirts in '04 and were like "Seriously?", only to see him podium his second race on a 450. At that point, he gained some fans, but I continued to despise the annoying little prick and his certifiably insane father. Then he started doing well over at KTM, won a few races and was running second in the championship. This brings us to Glen Helen 2005, the point of no return for this kid in my mind. I had begun to warm up to him as a rider, though I was definitely still not a fan. Then the Tedesco Incident happened. In what can certainly be considered a point in time when a rider would show his true colors, a time when all the bullshit from the PR people at KTM and the rest of his sponsors would be lost in the sea of pure emotion and adrenaline, Alessi runs to stand on Tedesco's bike, attempts to turn it off, then proceeds to pull his own bike over so he can stand on Tedesco's bike and get his bike going at the same time. That is your true self, Mike Alessi, an annoying little bitch who has to cheat to win a championship. Luckily, he didn't win, and by the looks of things, never will. It looked like it was locked up in '08 when Villopoto was out, then Alessi gets hurt, and claims "this was my year". Yeah, it was only your year because Villopoto and Stewart weren't racing, you dumbass. Now, he struggles to make the top 5 at an Australian Supercross, and again I must say that my grin is from ear to ear. Haters gotta hate, and I'm fucking lovin' it like Ronald McDonald. Get fucked, Alessi, you and I know damn well who you really are. And for those of you that don't, I invite you to refer to the video:
